Monolithe are still going strong after the success of their 2018 album Nebula Septem, and this momentum will carry on in 2019 with the release of their first ever live album, From Equinox To Solstice. In fact, Monolithe‘s remodeling as a live act has been fairly recent, and even took them all the way to Japan. Fans will be pleased to know that this newly adopted mantra will continue long into the new year with a brand new European tour.
Supporting them on this tour will be orchestral doomsters Abyssic. Upon listening to their music (check them out if you haven’t already), it’s clear why they make a such good fit for touring with Monolithe. Although a little more embedded in the realms of fantasy, their atmospheric, brutal, and ultra-epic soundscapes are on a wavelength equal to that of Monolithe. Anybody attending these upcoming shows should expect loudness, hypnosis, and some steady, patient headbanging.
