Plini released Sunhead back in July, much to the joy of our staff writer Ryan. Sunhead has a much jazzier approach to songwriting and performance than Plini‘s past work, making it one of my favorite EPs of his. Check out Ryan’s review of Sunhead here.
Mestís also released his sophomore album this year entitled Eikasia. A solo project of Javier Reyes (Animals As Leaders), Mestís‘ less-is-more approach on Eikasia will likely pair well with Plini and Dave Mackay. You can check out our editor David’s review of Eikasia here.
Tickets for the “Sunhead” North American Tour will go on sale Friday, December 21 at 10am on his official site. In the meantime, be sure to follow Plini, Mestís, and Dave Mackay on Facebook for more tour info.
