Just two and a half more weeks and the new Alcest record Spiritual Instinct will be released via Nuclear Blast. As the first two singles “Protection” and “Saphirre” already showed, the record incorporates more of Neige’s early black metal influences, but also the common Alcest-atmosphere.
The band just announced an European headline tour for early 2019 in support of their new record Spiritual Instinct. Main support will be French post-hardcore/screamo outfit Birds In Row, who already toured a lot on their latest album We Already Lost The World. Opener on this tour will be Kaelan Mikla, from Iceland. In comparison to the heavy sound of Birds In Row, Kaelan Mikla stand out with mesmerizing synth-punk and dark-wave. Both bands bring in a great diversity to the music of Alcest and will make this tour an interesting run of 29 shows through 16 European Countries.
