French post-hardcore/punk trio Birds In Row just announced a huge tour in North America. Birds In Row‘s last album We Already Lost The World instantly catapulted itself onto my playlist (read our review here). The mixture of aggressive post-hardcore, political punk rock, and soft, fragile indie made for an intriguing sound. Watching the band’s live videos makes this tour a must-see for all fans of raw and emotional music. The band will be touring from May 4 until June 2 throughout the United States of America.
With them on tour will be Listener and Quentin Sauvé! Co-headliners Listener pair emo music with Dan Smith’s great spoken word poetry. He formed his sound into a full band and now delivers great live shows. Furthermore, if you’re not familiar with Quentin Sauvé, it’s basically is a post-folk solo project by Birds In Row‘s very own bassist, who will open the shows. These shows will evolve into an impetuous and ambitious hardcore show, with an unexpectedly gentle beginning. This will no doubt make for a diverse live experience!
