Florida soft-rockers Copeland have announced their new album Blushing, aptly coming on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2019 via Tooth and Nail Records. Known for their emotional and heartfelt music, many fans were sad that they announced their end in 2008. Thankfully, they couldn’t keep away from making music together. Copeland reformed in 2014 and released Ixora to the immense joy from their fans, myself included. They have also released two singles off of the new record,”Pope” and “Night Figures“, the latter premiering on Billboard.

Both tracks show a noticeable improvement in maturity. There is a quaint charm to them. Vocalist Aaron Marsh shows his soft, soothing voice as the best it’s ever been, sporting his impressive vocal range. While “Pope” is a core Copeland sound, “Night Figures” shows a more electronic sound behind it, a welcome addition to their rhetoric. It may seem a little biased, but I believe that these singles sport some of their best work that they ever created, and only brings more hype to this upcoming album.

With their new album, they have also announced a new tour to coincide its release! They are bringing From Indian Lakes and Many Rooms along with them for a sprawling two month tour across the US. The dates for the 2019 tour can be found below.
